Readers, how do you discover new authors?
By asking friends? Or by accident?
Discover New Authors
I like to find new authors by both methods, but it’s sure nice when I can do it by talking to friends. Why? Because it speeds things up. And I’m more likely to fall in love with an author’s work if a friend liked it first.
Great Word of Mouth
That’s why I love buying Storybundle books. Here’s the idea.
First, a great author signs up to do a bundle. Then, s/he goes out and recruits other great authors that they know. Here’s what’s important. They don’t just sign up anyone. They know the author and the author’s work.
For the Fantasy Storybundle, Dean Wesley Smith recruited authors that he loves. Smith is well-known in the author community as a writing powerhouse and writing teacher. He’s been in the industry forever and knows so many people. That’s why I was excited when he asked if I wanted to join this Storybundle. It meant that my book would sit beside other great author’s work.
In other words, I respect Smith and his work. I enjoy reading his stories. It follows that I (and you) will enjoy the books he’s included in this bundle.
Storybundle is a unique service in the book world.
For one thing, you choose what you pay.
That’s right. You simply choose how much you want to pay.
The basic bundle includes four books, and you can pay as little as $5, if you wish. That’s only $1.25/book.
Here’s the beautiful part of Storybundle, though.
Besides the four basic books, you can also purchase a bonus bundles of six more books. That brings the entire bundle to an incredible ten books. To activate the bundle, you must choose to pay $15, which means you’re spending less than two dollars a book—still a bargain. But that’s not all.
You also choose what percentage you want to give to authors and what percentage will go to Storybundle. It’s totally your choice. Most choose 30% to Storybundle for providing the service, but the bulk—70%—goes straight to the authors. It’s up to you, though. Just move the sliders and choose who to support. There’s also a great opportunity to choose to donate 10% to a charity, too.
In other words, you hold all the cards. You decide whether you’ll support the Storybundle service, author, or a charity—and what percentage goes where. You get ten amazing books, plus support the writing community, and a charitable work.
How will I receive the books?
This is great news. Storybundle will send directly to your Kindle or Kindle-enabled tablet or smartphone. Or you can download directly and sync to your ebook reader. Couldn’t be simpler! I love the ease of getting the books. Storybundle is there to help you all the way.

Find new AMAZING authors
Are you as amazed as I am? Storybundle delivers great books at great prices.
I love the service because I always find new favorite authors in a bundle. You know the thrill, right? You read a book and you get it. It resonates with you. Instead of stumbling around a bookstore, this is my favorite way to find new authors.
Sometimes, I don’t have time to read all the books at once. I like to read the first chapters to mark which ones to read first. Once the ten books are on my device, it’s fine to take a couple months to read through them. If I discover even one new author, it brings me hours of enjoyment.
